Introduction / Getting started
Create an account
Set up your user account and first login.
Create an account
Create an account to start projects, save your work, manage your workspace, and publish when your project is ready.
What an account gives you
Your account connects your identity to your projects, workspaces, usage, and billing. It also helps RIB Creative keep project access and collaboration organized.
With an account, you can:
- Create and save projects.
- Join or create a workspace.
- Invite collaborators when your plan allows it.
- Track usage and credits.
- Manage personal settings.
- Access published and draft projects tied to your workspace.
Before you start
Use an email address you can keep access to. If you are joining a company workspace, use the email your team expects you to use so access, billing, and permissions stay clean.
If your organization uses a managed identity provider or SSO, check with your admin before creating a separate personal account.
How to create your account
- Open RIB Creative.
- Choose the sign-up option.
- Enter your email or use an available sign-in provider.
- Complete any verification steps.
- Create or join a workspace.
- Review your plan, credits, and workspace access before starting a large build.
Good first actions
After signing in:
- Open your dashboard and confirm that your workspace is correct.
- Review Credits and usage before running large tasks.
- Create a small test project before starting important client or company work.
- Read Prompting best practices to avoid vague requests.
Account safety
Do not share your login. Invite teammates through the workspace instead. If a teammate needs project access, use People and workspace permissions instead of sharing credentials.
Avoid storing API keys, passwords, or private credentials in prompts or project notes. If your app needs a secret, handle it through the appropriate environment variable or deployment setting when that workflow is available.
FAQ
Should I create a personal account or use my company email?
Use the email tied to the work you are doing. For company projects, a company email usually makes access, billing, and ownership easier to manage.
Can I change my account settings later?
Yes. See Account settings for the account-level options available to you.
What if I created the wrong account?
Before deleting anything, check whether the project or workspace can be transferred or shared with the correct account. See Delete account only after you understand the impact.
