Account settings control your personal profile, login preferences, and user-level options.

What account settings are for

Use account settings to manage information tied to you as a user, not to a whole workspace.

Depending on the product version, account settings may include:

• Profile details.
• Email and sign-in options.
• Notification preferences.
• Connected login providers.
• Personal security options.
• Account deletion.

Workspace settings are different. If you want to manage members, billing, or workspace permissions, go to Admin settings.

Platform login

RIB Creative platform accounts can use OAuth providers such as Google and GitHub when they are configured for your environment.

The platform OAuth flow verifies provider identity and email state before linking or signing in. GitHub account linking can also support GitHub sync, but the GitHub App installation is a separate step for repository access.

Your platform login is only for accessing RIB Creative. It does not automatically add social login or user accounts to apps you generate.

Keep your account current

Update your account when:

• Your email changes.
• You join or leave a company.
• You need to update notification preferences.
• You suspect account access is no longer secure.
• You want to review connected sign-in methods.

Security habits

• Do not share your login.
• Use a secure email account.
• Keep access to your verification method.
• Review workspace access after team changes.
• Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Can I change my email?

If email changes are available, follow the account settings flow and complete any verification steps.

Can I belong to more than one workspace?

You may have access to multiple workspaces depending on invitations and plan limits.

Where do I manage billing?

Billing is usually workspace-level. Check Subscription plans and workspace admin settings.
